Something to Quack About

We're still buzzing after Loeries week. There's something special about having the industry together, face to face and glass to glass, celebrating the people and ideas that keep our wonderfully chaotic world turning.

But beyond the awards, it's the conversations, connections and creative energy that make this time of year so exciting.

Here in the heart of District Six, we're lucky to call this neighborhood filled with artists, filmmakers, designers, and creatives our home. A place with a rich history, a strong sense of community and no shortage of interesting people doing interesting things.

Loeries week reminds us just how important it is to step outside our own bubbles. To exchange ideas, challenge perspectives and bring emerging talent and industry veterans into the same conversation. Sometimes the most exciting collaborations begin over a drink, a chance encounter or a conversation that goes on a little longer than planned.

Because the real magic isn't always what happens on stage. It's what happens when creative people come together.

And there's nowhere we'd rather be doing that than right here, in the heart of District Six!
